Color prepainted aluminum coil is widely applied for producing decorationg materials.Especialy often used to be shaped for ceiling and wall decoration materials.Prepainted aluminium coils could be painted into thousands of colours and especialy it can imitate nature material colours like wood, marble,granite,brick and etc. With the imitated colours, it could be good replacement material for wood, marble and granite. Also aluminium materials is more easy and economy for processing like shaping, cutting, and etc.It will help to drop project budget and saves money.

PE coating
PE(polyester) coating:high molecular polymer as monomer and addition of alkyd, is an UV-resistant coating. It can be classified matt and glossy according to coating gloss. The compact molecule structure, makes paint surface luster and smooth,which assure good printing on the panel surface. With an warranty of 8-10 years for weather resistance, it is specially applied for internal decoration and sign board.

PVDF coating
PVDF( fluorine-carbon) is essentially a mixture of a number of components such as fluorocarbon resins which provides the fluorine enzyme, ester solvent, paint and alcohol. A mixture of these components makes a coating which gives more strength and resistance to aluminum. PVDF coating is an important element to supplement the aluminum coil perfectly.
