1.Paper faced Gypsum board'features:
Paper faced gypsum board's main ingredient is gypsum, after processing with some percentage of the fiber and additives, the core of board have more hardness and toughness.Paper adhesived at both side of  the board are specialy made for protection surface of board. Paper faced gypsum board has advantages of light weight,fire proof,moistrue resistance,noise isolating,heat isolation,low energy consumption and easy installations. These features enable this material become quite popular in the world.
1.Light weight: Partition wall which is made of gypsum board is only with 1/15 weight of  bricks walls. Have good performance on resisting breakage made by earthquake. Besides it has much reducing on cost of building houses' main body.
2.Heat isolation:Because of the ingredient of gypsum board core, its heat conduction index is 0.16W/M.K.;compairing with brick wall's index(1.1W/M.K) gypsum board have remarkable advantages.
3.Firproof: Because gypsum board's coare itsel if un-combustible,besides while an firing happen, the gypsum board can absorb heats while its releasing water of hydration,which this feature can suppress temperature increasing. Therefore paper faced gypsum board have very good performance on fire-proof.Its tested records of fire proofing is 4 hours.
4.Noise Isolation:Gypsum board's solid core and tiny cell constructing of the core have increased its ability of absorbing noises.

2.Paper faced gypsum board products.
Gyspum bard is very good material for construction wall and for suspending ceiling; XIANGSAI manufactures 3 kinds of gypsum board.
a)Standard gypsum board:Ivory white covering paper at face, backsie cover with gray paper. This is the most economy gypsum board among these 3 types. It is applicable for room with relative humidity below 65%. We manufactures gypsum board with thickness from 9.0mm to 15.0mm; for stand gypsum board if using for partition wall, we suggest take thickness above 12.0mm.

b)Moistrue resistant gypsum board: Greem surface covering paper, both core of gypsum board and surface paper have passed moisture resistance process. According to national standard MR gypsum board's core and covering paper both have to reach a warter absorbing ratio below 10% and surface water absorbing less than 160grams.MR gypsum board applicable in room with relative humidity ration less than 95%; like bath room and lavatory room.

C)Fire resistant gypsum board: Pink covering furface paper, the core of board added with special fire resistant additive and fiber glass.Good FR gypsum board uses none-alkali fiber glass, normal quanilty uses medium-alkali fiber glass or high-alkali fiber glass.
